Walk and Talk Counselling - Currumbin
Far from the confines of the traditional therapy room, sometimes the best healing occurs during a walk on the beach, or just sitting out in the fresh air under the sun. In fact, walking in a natural environment is like a walking meditation - it can help you to tune in, open up and feel relaxed about your situation.
Walk and Talk counselling sessions start in Winders Park Currumbin (opposite Ghita Therapy practice) and may end up by the pelicans on beautiful Currumbin Creek, the Boatshed or Currumbin Alley (Beachside); depending on which direction the walk leads.
If this is something that you would like to try, then please add a note to your online booking for Individual Counselling with Ghita and she will meet you at Ghita Therapy on the day and after filling out the intake form you can be on your way. *Weather permitting

With the beautiful views of Currumbin Creek and Currumbin Alley just outside of Ghita Therapy Currumbins rooms it seems like a waste not to enjoy them as often as possible.
