NLP methods were originally designed from a mix of hypnotherapy and language cues to help people to recover from a multitude of issues. Ghita Andersen uses hypnotherapy with her clients when there are certain stuck patterns of behaviour, fears, traumas and phobias. With the hypnotic method, Ghita just has a gentle chat with your unconscious mind to install new coping mechanisms. (Session length: 1 - 1.5 hours. Regression Hypnotherapy: 2 hours.)
