Mindfulness
Practicing Mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress and self-judgement. A Guided Mindfulness Session may begin with a Deep Body Scan which can help you feel better physically and reduce stress.
This may be followed by a guided visualisation to your safe place or asking your higher self questions. It is a useful technique that can help you to create clarity and deal with difficult emotions / situations.

- Asking Your Higher-Self Yes or No Questions (Clarity)
- Getting in Touch with your Higher-Self (Integration)
- Eliminating Blockages (Chakras)
