Terms and Conditions for New Client Promo Codes:

New Clients only. Only one code per person or couple. It only works once for a couple or person.
ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY. Only available on the booking system and not available via any other payment than credit card. Please do not ask us for the discount if paying another way. The point of the promo code is to get clients to book online.
Please write promo code in the 'code space' on the payments page and not in the notes. We cannot give you a discount after you have booked, however you can still use the promo code for another session.
If the promo code still functions it is valid.
Refunded sessions are minus credit card fees.
One-off sessions require 24 hours notice to change your appointment on timely. However, packages and multi-deals have their own terms and conditions for cancellations - often 7 - 14 days notice. These are listed on the specific pages for the service. Please read before selecting on the portal as you will be agreeing to terms by booking.
