First person says:
"One thing I'm afraid to tell you, but I need to tell you is..."
Second person says:
"Thank you for telling me. That matters to me."
Swap roles.
First person says:
"One thing I'm afraid to tell you, but I need to tell you is..."
Second person says:

First person says:

Second person takes it in and then says:
"When you feel disrespected, what would help you to feel better?"
